Herb Infused Oils

Many of our products contain herb infused oils. We infuse organic oils with organic beneficial herb blends, thoughtfully chosen for each product. Each herb is chosen for its unique qualities to aid in health and healing. They also add dynamic, natural scents that outshine synthetic fragrances. Every herb is different and has distinctive qualities that are great on their own, or even better when paired or grouped with others.

 Aside from the internal properties herbs can provide, they can have great effects on the skin as well. Many civilizations (Egypt, India, China, Iraq, the list goes on) have utilized herbs for their internal and external benefits for thousands of years. Archaeological evidence indicates that humans were using medicinal plants during the Paleolithic Age, approximately 60,000 years ago. 

 Herbs have so many amazing benefits, and when incorporated with rich oils and butters, can be a powerhouse for your skin. Certain herbs can provide antibacterial, antiseptic and antiviral properties. Some herbs possess anti-inflammatory, antifungal and immune boosting aids. When used appropriately, the benefits of herbs and spices can revitalize and favorably alter skin cells, treat hyperpigmentation, detoxify and stimulate circulation and regeneration of cells.

 Adding herbal oils to already great natural products, gives them a boost of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are great for your skin. That is why we choose to add botanicals into our products whenever possible.
